Fitness Goals: Tone Up & Build Muscle Mass
The first time I worked out I thought "If this is how I am supposed to
workout, then I have never workout in my life." Every time I workout I
have a new workout plan and I wonder "What else can this guy think of?"
The workouts are fun, and very high intensity. At this rate I will be at my
goal in no time.

I can not believe how much weight I have lost so far. Dustin is very
there to support me in my workouts & nutrition. He brings the workouts
every time, and all I have to do is show up. We discuss my nutrition at
each workout, and he makes me accountable for my food choices. I have
never been so successful at my weight loss before, he has the winning
formula all I needed was the right attitude.

After years of fad diets and worthless TV watching on a
slow-moving treadmill, my weight finally ballooned to the point

I have lost over 50

When I started with Dustin a year ago, I was obese and had little
unhealthy. Wanting to make a change, I had tried exercise
classes and had even met with other personal trainers, but
was just left discouraged by workout routines that seemed
impossible. I also travel a lot for work and I found it difficult to
