Partner Training - Partner Training
Partner Personal Training is designed to create a support system.
With your partners support and to meet the groups fitness goals
as a whole.  Training sessions focuses on flexibility, strength
training, and cardio.  Results tracking of weight, body fat, body

I firmly believe in getting the body moving as one unit.
 We don't spend our lives moving through space on
machines, so it is important to lean how to move
fighting the forces of gravity.  My workout include
dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls,stability balls,
and even your own bodyweight as resistance.  Through
this kind of workout will teach your body how to
dynamically stabilize your core, improve your posture,
and increase your flexibility.  Creating long, lean, and
toned muscles without the bulk.  PLUS this way of
training gets you to your goal
