How Can I Adjust My Diet?

I feel hungry all the time when I diet.  I hear that a lot when people start to exercise and more aware of their
eating habits.  Then after a few days or weeks they start to eat everything they ate before.  We need to find a
balance between not eating at all, and eating to much.  We have so many options in the US that we are told, are
healthy in one way or another.  The first place to start is to go to the store and buy a spiral notebook, like the ones
you had in high school.  Every time you decide to eat or drink (yes sports drinks have sugar and calories in them)
you need to write it down.  After a week you will see a pattern of what and how you eat.  Start by cutting out those
sugar drinks and replace them with water.   It is recommended that 1 ounce per 2 lb.  I would say just consumer
less soda and drink more water.
Bonus you will save money too.  That will be a great start and you are on your
way to a healthier you.
Benefits of Water
The human body requires a fresh supply of water every day. Water helps regulate and maintain your body
temperature, transports nutrients and oxygen, removes waste products, and moistens your mouth, eyes, nose,
hair, skin, joints, and digestive tract. Limiting your water intake can result in dehydration, elevated body
temperature, fatigue, decreased performance, and increased risk of heat-related illness.
So until next time I encourage  you to keep exercising.
Why Exercise At All?

If you where to ask me this questions I would say "Why not exercise".  How could you go wrong? If you work out in
the morning their is no better way to face the day and meet those challenges head on than after a great workout
session.  If you work out at night what better way to blow off some steam.  Now that you exercise,  you can sit
down and really relax and forget about your boss.

Besides all the countless medical reason you should exercise.  To mention a few, it will help you reduce your
risk for heart disease.  It will strengthen your heart and lungs, you say "So what".  To simplify it, that means you
will have more energy to do the things you enjoy.  It will help promote better night sleep.  I don't know about you,
but I really enjoy getting a good nights sleep.  Of course it will helps you to control your weight. To see the scale
go down, instead of up is the best feeling of all.
So until next time I encourage  you to keep exercising.
