to maintain their new found levels of health and fitness

cardio training program, to a well rounded weigh
training program that zeros in on your target areas.

I firmly believe in getting the body moving as one unit.  
We don't spend our lives moving through space on
machines, so it is important to lean how to move
fighting the forces of gravity.  My workout include
dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls,stability balls,
and even your own bodyweight as resistance.  Through
this kind of workout will teach your body how to
dynamically stabilize your core, improve your posture,
and increase your flexibility.  Creating long, lean, and
toned muscles without the bulk.  PLUS this way of
training gets you to your goal
MUCH FASTER than the
traditional approach to working out.

cardiovascular training, flexibility training, strength

endurance training, speed and agility, and postural
support.  The main objective in our sessions is not only
to get you to reach your goals safely and effectively,
but to give you the tools to be able to make true
accountability of your level of health.
